Solium Infernum, by Cryptic Comet, is another turn based strategy game that we’re running at the moment. It’s our first game of it so everyone is just learning it now. The story to the game goes something like you’re a powerful demon in Hell and there’s a power vacuum and you have to defeat the other powerful demons to be crowned the new ruler of Hell. Its hex based, you only get a few Actions per turn (and EVERYTHING costs an Action). There’s plenty of diplomacy in the game, and a little bit of combat. You take an Action to get resources, and then recruit Legions to explore the map and capture Places of Power, which give you Prestige Points which is the measure of victory.
You can’t attack other players without a reason, and you can diplomatically create reasons; by demanding resources from them, if they refuse your demands, you can attack them but only for a few turns. There are tons of random events, and players can play Event Cards that can cause specific events in their favor. Our first game hasn't finished yet, so I'm not sure on who will capture victory, but I doubt it will be me.
The in-game diplomacy options in Solium Infernum take a bit away from the real world diplomacy that goes on in some of our other games, but there's still some cross-office discussion of whose vendetta is failing horribly, and we all mock them openly. And then the next round the in-game blood feuds start and it's all quiet again.
Like most other indie turn-based-strategy games, the graphics aren't anything that is going to wow anybody, but they do a very good job of setting the mood.
As I said, we’re just getting started and it’s a big learning experience for everyone, but so far we all seem to enjoy it. Turns only take a minute or two to take because you only have a couple of actions. But you have to think carefully about which actions you want to take, given how many options you have.

Sounds interesting. Where did you find that game? Since I am not in the US I buy my games from Amazon.com but could not find it on there. However, I am sure I could get it from contacts in the US if it is not available on Amazon and I knew where you got it.
