Keeping Your Account Secure

27 May 2010
As the Community Coordinator for Robot Entertainment, part of my job is making sure that Age of Empires III players who play online on ESO can have a good, safe time with their favorite game.  There are a lot of parts to that job, but today I wanted to speak to the issue of account security, one of the larger issues in the Age3 community. Age3 and ESO have a lot of rules regarding account security, as we take it very seriously.  Your account is only as secure as you make it, and sometimes people try to take shortcuts or make mistakes that can compromise the security of their account.   Here are some tips to help you make sure that you ... One Year Out

11 Mar 2010
Just last week, the calendar flipped over the one year mark for Robot Entertainment.  I remember our first day very clearly.  It was a Tuesday, I drove up to Plano from my apartment in Dallas, arriving a few minutes early, ready to sit down at my desk and get started.  I came in to the office to find wires laying everywhere, boxes and furniture upside down in the hallways.  Contractors were drilling and hammering a wide variety of things into the walls.  I READ MORE

Here is Robot Entertainment Artist Bart Tiongson with Team Canada's Jarome Igilna: READ MORE

As the Robot Turns

10 Dec 2009
Round here at the Robot Factory, we like to keep our gears turning over lunch breaks and after our daily work is completed by playing some games.  Some people like to run a quick heroic in World of Warcraft, or join up with their pod mates and kill each other in Battlefield 2.  Still others jump in their mining barges and harvest some Crokite in Eve-Online.  As for me and a few others, we get our kicks with some turn-based strategy games like Dominions 3 and the newly released Solium Infernum.
