We have a quick message for our incredibly supportive PlayStation fans who have preordered Orcs Must Die! 3.
Unfortunately, QA testing has revealed an issue specific to how preorder bonuses and entitlements are physically granted to valid PlayStation customers. This specific entitlement issue is being corrected, but it will not be published prior to Orcs Must Die! 3’s release on Friday, July 23.
The game is ready to be released on schedule. To reiterate, this is a non-game related granting issue specific to PlayStation preorder bonuses only.
Working with our partners at PlayStation, we determined the best course of action is to:
Cancel all PlayStation preorders.
Refund all paying customers who preordered.
Offer those applicable bonuses originally included as part of the now cancelled PlayStation preorder to all PlayStation purchasers from the game’s July 23 release until August 6.
Please note, these bonuses will come after a slight delay to fix these entitlement and granting issues.
